Red Stars: Beginner Camp

120 min lesson (50 min Instruction/10 min Break/60 min play) 

Monday -Thursday 12:00-2:00 pm – 12 Student Max/4 Student Min

$75 for 4 day camp

Class Description: This class covers Agility, Balance, Coordination and introductory pickleball skills including reinforcing scoring and game structure, stroke production, and drills.

Skill Requirements: Player has limited experience. Can sustain a short rally with players of equal ability.

Ages 8-17 (special exception for younger ages that have coach evaluation)

White Stars: Intermediate Camp

120 min lesson (50 min Instruction/10 min Break/60 min play) 

Monday -Thursday 12:00-2:00 pm – 12 Student Max/4 Student Min

$75 for 4 day camp

Class Description: This Class works on sharpening Agility Balance Control, stroke production, drills, and playing strategies.

Skill Requirements: Ability to hit a forehand with some accuracy and consistency. Typically avoids backhand or lacks control of backhand. Has some consistency but lacks accuracy with serves. Able to sustain short dink rallies but has limited control of height or depth.  Will sometimes hit a 3rd shot drop but mostly hits a medium paced drive. Volleys medium paced shots but needs more accuracy and control. Knows proper court positioning and scoring. Is able to differentiate between the soft and hard game and trying to implement that into their play.

Ages  9-17 (special exception for younger ages that have coach evaluation)

Blue Stars: Advanced Camp

120 min lesson (50 min Instruction/10 min Break/60 min play) 

Monday -Thursday 12:00-2:00 pm – 12 Student Max/4 Student Min

$75 for 4 day camp

Class Description:For those who want to be Tournament players – stroke production, drills, footwork, target hitting, point-play, strategies, Pickleball IQ, and sportsmanship.

Skill Requirements: Consistently hits both forehand and backhand with more developed consistency and accuracy.  Places the majority of serves and returns with varying depth and speed. Increased consistency with dink game and ability to extend dink rallies. Is beginning to understand the difference between attackable and unattackable balls at the Non Volley Zone. Able to volley a variety of shots at different speeds. Aware of partners position on the court and is able to move as a team. Demonstrates ability to change direction and speed of the ball in an offensive manner. Beginning to identify weaknesses in opponents and attempts to formulate game plan to attack weaknesses.

(Prerequisite- Intro to Pickleball Class or the Ability to keep score and know where to stand during game play)
